Richard Boyatzis, Melvin Smith, and Ellen Van Oosten are Professors at Case Western Reserve University. Between them, they have published 9 books, over 300 articles, and 2 MOOCs (massive open online courses), which over 1,250,000 people have attended worldwide. Together with Richard, Melvin, and Ellen we have turned their book into an interactive course, which will help you apply lessons from the book to your life.
